Return & Exchange Policy

At Click Pujan, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our puja products and spiritual services. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility (Puja Products)

You may request a return or exchange for eligible products if:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong item.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

• Used or opened puja items (e.g., incense sticks, powders, oils).
• Perishable items (e.g., prasadam).
• Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved idols, made-to-order yantras).

2. Return Process

To request a return:

• Email us at care@clickpujan.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged/defective).
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
• Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

• Wrong or defective items (free of charge).
• If you want to exchange for another item of the same or higher value (additional charges may apply).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Pooja Services

No returns or refunds are offered for completed or scheduled puja services. However:

• Services can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• In case of delays or unavailability of the pandit, we will offer a suitable reschedule or alternative.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Product Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped.
• Service Bookings: Can be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
