Where does Click Pujan deliver?
We deliver across India and select international destinations. Check service availability at checkout. Delivery times for remote or restricted areas may vary.
How long does it take to process my order?
Puja products are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Customized items like idols or yantras may take 5–10 business days. Puja services are confirmed within 24–48 hours.
What are the shipping times and charges?
Standard shipping in India takes 3–7 business days, express takes 1–3 days, and international shipping takes 7–21 days. Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and mode. Free standard shipping applies on orders above ₹2999 in India.
Who are your delivery partners?
We partner with trusted logistics providers like Indian Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.
How are products packaged for shipping?
All products are securely packed to prevent damage. Fragile items like idols and kalash are packed with extra care and marked accordingly.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Delays may occur due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. We’ll keep you informed via email or SMS if delays happen.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details are sent via email or SMS once your order ships. Track your order on clickpujan.com or the courier’s tracking page.
Do you offer in-store pickup?

How are online puja services delivered?
For online/remote puja services, we share an e-certificate, photos, or video upon completion. Prasadam and related items, if included, are couriered within 2–4 days after the puja.
Returns & Exchanges
What is Click Pujan’s return policy?
You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include used puja items, perishable goods, and custom products.
How do I initiate a return?
Email care@clickpujan.com within 7 days with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, ship the item back within 5 business days following our instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), in which case we cover the cost.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding non-refundable shipping charges.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available for wrong or defective items at no extra cost. For other exchanges, you can request a different item of equal or higher value, with additional charges if applicable.
Can I return or refund puja services?
No returns or refunds are offered for completed or scheduled puja services. However, you can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
What if there’s an issue with a puja service?

How do I know if a product is in stock?
Product availability is displayed on the product page. If out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications.
Can I cancel my order?
Product orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped. Puja service bookings can be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Email care@clickpujan.com.
