• Puja Products: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Customized or Made-to-Order Items (e.g., idols or yantras): Processing may take 5–10 business days.
• Pujan Services (e.g., online/remote rituals): Confirmation and scheduling details will be shared within 24–48 hours after booking.

3. Shipping Time & Charges

Our shipping options are designed to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days.
• Express Shipping (India): 1–3 business days.
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on product weight, location, and shipping mode. Free standard shipping on orders above ₹2999 (India only).

4. Delivery Partners

We collaborate with trusted logistics providers such as Indian Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

5. Packaging

10. Ritual Services Delivery

For online/remote puja services:

• An e-certificate, photos, or video of the puja will be shared upon completion.
